First home vacant land concession
The Queensland Government has recently increased grants and concessions applicable when buying and building homes in Queensland. These concessions provide an excellent opportunity for buyers to secure a home and/or land at a reduced transfer duty rate.
The first home vacant land concession only applies to vacant land valued under $400,000 and can save you up to $7,175.
